Core Belief:

We are all meant for higher things.

The dream is to live in an inspiring urban environment, infused with nature, surrounded by thinkers, innovators, creatives with good hearts — people who are willing and able to make real contributions to the world today.

We are building a creative, healing communities.  Communities that work on individuals inwardly, but also and more importantly, propels people.  A jump off point for doing great, inspired and impactful things.  Think living spaces where neighbors inspire and help each other, entangled in economics, socials, spirit and the task at hand: to create.

Physical gathering places for innovative, positive, and active dialogue by way of art, green tech, and wealth creation. Imagine art salons of the olden times, with abundant food! and laughter! and doers! and with lots of playful spirit.  Open and friendly places for ideas to germinate and get implemented.

Vision Board

Art when really understood is the province of every human being.  It is simply a question of doing things, anything, well.  It is not an outside, extra thing.

When the artist is alive in any person, whatever his kind of work may be, he becomes an inventive, searching, daring, self-expressing creature.  He becomes interesting to other people.  He disturbs, upsets, enlightens, and he opens ways for a better understanding… The world would stagnate without him, and the world would be beautiful with him; for he is interesting to himself and he is interesting to others.”

(Robert Henri, 1923)

This is a work-in-progress, and the invitation to join is always open.  If you want in, send us a message and let’s sit down and talk.
