Community
Experiences and Neighborhoods to nurture inspired everydays, together.
Have you ever wondered what would happen, if all the geniuses, the artists, the scientists, the smartest, most creative people in the world decided to actually change it? Where, where could they even do such a thing? They’d need a place free from politics and bureaucracy, distractions, greed – a secret place where they could build whatever they were crazy enough to imagine…
(Tomorrowland, 2015)
We’re building a (not-so-secret) place and we need your help. Will you join us?
LEADIA is the artwork of my life, to bring together founders, creatives and leaders to live, work and play in multiple inspiring locations around the world.
Leadia as Creativity Propeller
Leadia creates beautiful environments as creativity propellers for founders, entrepreneurs, artists, and educators who want to play in beautiful environments surrounded by nature, on the beach or in a nature-infused urban setting.
Leadia seeks to bring out the artist in whoever lives in and passes through its communities. Think of a Leadia community as a cross between real estate and art.
We’re gathering social creatives.
There’s no way we can prosper in the 21st century without these two things: creativity, or being able to adapt to and thrive in any possibility, and community, the conscious decision to connect with people.
Who’s invited to the gathering?
All those invested in becoming who we really are.
The good news is that we are all creative. It’s a matter of igniting each of our creative geniuses.
The other good news is that community is already around us. The basic building block of any community is people!
Think of an Leadia community as a campaign for the collective development of people that cuts across five hubs: creativity, enterprise, education, science and technology, and land development.
We’re building a house to protect the dreamers.
We’re building not just the community of creative influencers, but a home for our community.
I should say: the house shelters day-dreaming, the house protects the dreamer, the house allows one to dream in peace.(Gaston Bachelard, The Poetics of Space)
Imagine farms with wide open spaces, near the sea, surrounded by thinkers, innovators, creatives with good hearts — people who are willing and able to make real contributions to the world today.
Leadia isn’t for everyone.
We know this lifestyle isn’t for everyone. But what a Leadia community can do will benefit everyone.
The Leadia project has been a work-in-progress since 2010.
Originally called Alaya, it now has a life of its own with Leadia Growth and Leadia Festivals.
I will keep documenting here the stories behind the vision, and all that happens behind-the-scenes from my point of view as Co-founder and Nurturer.
This is a work-in-progress, and the invitation to join is always open. We’re offering a unique chance for high-performing entrepreneurs who are aligned with our vision to ground the dream with us. Let’s presence our shared future together and build the first Leadia community (of many!). We’re looking for like minds in real estate, wealth creation, education, tourism for development, inclusive enterprise, spirit-driven work. If you want in, send us a message and let’s sit down and talk.
