Pls advise:

1) Is the house still available?
2) What is the house orientation? Facing east?
3) Is price already inclusive of VAT & other charges? If not, how much?
4) Which Block & Lot no is the unit?
5) Does owner accept payment terms (DP+5yrs M.A. thru bank financing) same w/ Avida?
