    Hello! I’ve been following your blog as we’re also planning to buy a house in Nuvali. We were eyeing Settings but the good lots with the parks and greenway have all been taken up. Would you know when they would be offering Parkway Settings? Thank you, your blog is very helpful!

      Thanks for the kind words. No word yet on when Parkway Settings will open, will definitely post an update here once I know anything. 🙂

      Re choice lots in Avida Settings, there are still a number available– depends on how big a lot/unit you want. Some units also re-open from time to time, so I can keep an eye out for you. Are you looking to buy a house package or just a lot that you will build on?

        Ah. I remember reading in the news kasi about a month ago that they’ll open it up this 3Q. The nice house & lots with the greenways and parks have all been taken at Settings eh, been there twice already. So I was hoping to get a first crack at Parkway. Haha. Thank you!

    Hi! I just want to ask if the amenities (specifically the main clubhouse/air-conditioned function rooms) are open for rentals for non-members/outsiders? Thanks!

      I may be wrong but I assume the standard village rules apply: you would need a resident to endorse you. Best to contact the village admin for more info 🙂

    Hi! Correct me if I’m wrong, the venue, Avida Settings Nuvali Santa Rosa Laguna, is close to the nuvali park in sta. rosa? Cause I can’t seem to locate where it is, tried to google it but sad to say they don’t show any results. Will be very grateful for your response. Thanks!
